Your annual report is the one document every shareholder, analyst, lender and regulator receives. We write, design and produce annual reports for NSE, BSE and SME-listed companies that meet every disclosure requirement and still read like a clear account of the year.
For many listed companies, particularly on the SME platform, the annual report is the most complete picture of the business an investor will ever see. Too often it is assembled at the last minute from statutory templates. Done well, it explains strategy, performance and outlook in one consistent voice, and it becomes the reference every later conversation with the market builds on.
Fund managers, HNIs and analysts read the chairman's letter and MD&A to judge management quality. Clear writing earns credibility that numbers alone do not.
Directors' report, MD&A, corporate governance and BRSR requirements are mapped at the start, so nothing is discovered missing the week the report is due.
A well-designed report tells customers, lenders and future employees that the company is run with care, long after the AGM has passed.
Engage us for the complete report or for the sections your team finds hardest to write. Either way, the financial statements and statutory sign-offs stay with your finance, secretarial and audit teams; we integrate them into a single, consistent document.
We turn the year's financial and operating data into clear infographics, so the first pages of the report tell the story before anyone reaches the financial statements.
Revenue, EBITDA and profit trends on a single page.
Where the money comes from, by business, geography or customer.
Operating metrics that show where the business is heading.

Most listed companies hold their AGM by 30 September, and the report must be ready before the notice goes out. We work backwards from that date, so that narrative and design are complete by the time the audited numbers arrive.
Agree the theme, page plan and timeline. List every statutory section and data owner, including whether a BRSR is required.
Short conversations with the chairman, MD and business heads to capture the year's story, in their own words.
Letters, business review and MD&A drafted and reviewed while the audit is still under way.
Design direction approved, then pages laid out with charts, photography and infographics.
Audited financials, Directors' report and governance sections integrated and cross-checked against the narrative.
Proofreading rounds with your finance and secretarial teams, then board approval.
Final files for filing with the exchange, publication on your website and dispatch to shareholders, plus the AGM speech and investor summary.
Companies on NSE Emerge and BSE SME rarely have analyst coverage, so investors rely on the annual report more than they would for a Mainboard company. A clear report builds the credibility that supports liquidity today.
It also lays the groundwork for an eventual move to the Mainboard. Read our guide to SME to Mainboard migration.
Ideally in March or April, before the year closes. Narrative sections, photography and design can be prepared in parallel with the audit, so that only the numbers remain once the accounts are signed. Most companies hold their AGM by 30 September, and the report has to be ready well before the notice goes out.
Yes. Companies listed on NSE Emerge or BSE SME must prepare and file an annual report with the exchange and publish it on their website. Some governance disclosures that apply to Mainboard companies are relaxed for the SME platform, but the report is still the most-read document an SME company publishes, and a well-written one supports liquidity and an eventual Mainboard migration.
SEBI requires the top 1,000 listed companies by market capitalisation to include a Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) in their annual report, with reasonable assurance of BRSR Core being phased in for the largest companies. Other companies can publish a BRSR voluntarily, which many institutional investors now expect.
We write and edit the narrative sections, such as the chairman's and managing director's letters, business review, MD&A and ESG content; plan the structure and design; and manage production to the AGM calendar. Your finance, secretarial and audit teams remain responsible for the financial statements, statutory reports and compliance sign-offs, which we integrate and proof.
Yes. The annual report, investor presentation, AGM speech and results communication are strongest when they tell the same story. Many clients engage us for the full reporting cycle as part of a retained investor relations programme.
Tell us your AGM date and what you would like the report to achieve. We will come back with a page plan, timeline and scope within one working day.
