Investor Relations Services

Investor relations, annual reports, public relations and financial communication for listed, SME and soon-to-be-listed Indian companies, from Ahmedabad and Pune.

Every meaningful engagement begins with understanding
the questions being asked by the markets.

01

What actually happened this quarter?

Timely engagements

Results, filings and management commentary go out on schedule and in language a non-specialist can follow. Periodically, management should be able to pass relevant financial data to stakeholders in a way they understand. That is the whole job.

02

Is the market reading you the way you meant it?

Monitoring earnings and markets

We track how each disclosure lands with analysts, with the financial press and on the shareholder register, then feed that back before the next one goes out. We are partners in your growth, and the communication should reflect it.

03

Can I ask management about this directly?

Connections between investors and companies

Investors have genuine questions about parts of the business, and it serves everyone when management addresses them openly. We run the concalls, the plant visits and the one-on-ones that make that possible.

What do we say, and when?

Crisis management

When something goes wrong, the cost of an hour's silence is measured in credibility. We help you navigate the tough path to a better destination without compromising on ethics. First statement, holding lines, and the sequence of who hears what.

05

Did any of that spend actually land?

Marketing analytics

We believe in data-driven marketing. We track and analyse campaigns to measure what worked and identify what didn't, so the next rupee goes somewhere defensible rather than somewhere familiar.

Where is the company being talked about?

Using social media, subtly

Social media is a necessary evil for a listed company: high reach, high risk, and permanently on the record. We help you craft a presence that informs without over-promising and stays inside disclosure norms.

The full quarterly cycle: results release, investor deck, concall, filings calendar, register tracking and press handling, run end to end alongside your finance team.

IPO and listing support

Pre-listing positioning, prospectus-aligned messaging, management preparation and the first four quarters of disclosure after listing, the period that sets your reputation with the market.

Situation mandate

A specific event: a crisis, a fundraise, a leadership change, an activist shareholder, an unexpected quarter. Short, intensive, scoped up front.

Before you call

We are an SME company. Is investor relations not for large caps?

It matters more at your size, not less. A large cap has twenty analysts building the picture whether or not the company helps. An SME with two analysts and a thin float is almost entirely defined by what it publishes itself. That is either an opportunity or a problem, depending on who writes it.

Who actually does the work?

The partner you meet. Senior people stay on the account, so the person in your board meeting is the person drafting your release, not a junior handed a template afterwards.

We are pre-IPO. When should we start?

Earlier than most companies do. The messaging in your prospectus becomes the benchmark you are measured against for years. Getting it consistent with what you will actually be able to report in quarter one saves a difficult conversation in quarter two.

Something has gone wrong today. Can you help this week?

Yes. Situation mandates are scoped in a day and started immediately. Call or WhatsApp +91 99980 37969 rather than using the form.
