Grey market premium is an unofficial, unregulated and unverifiable indication of sentiment traded outside the exchanges. It is not a price, not a forecast, and carries no regulatory standing — it is published here for context only. GMP figures are taken in full from a single time-stamped tracker and are not blended across sources. A blank cell means the figure was not sourced for this edition, not that it is zero. Nine issues closed on the session itself — Adroit Industries (India), Swastika Infra, ArMee Infotech and Elevate Campuses on the mainboard, and Liqvd Digital India, Unitec Fibres, Pooja Logistics, Coreintegra Consulting Services and S.K. Offset on the SME platforms. Axiom Gas Engineering, which closed on 22 September, listed on the NSE SME platform on 25 September at ₹54.75, a 1.39% premium to its ₹54 issue price.

US index cards show the Wall Street session of the same calendar day, Friday 25 September 2026, which closed after Indian hours (AP wire); all three levels reconcile against AP's 24 September closes. Gold is an Indian retail reference rate and varies materially by city and by aggregator — the 24K quote is a national reference rate and the 22K quote is for Delhi, both from a single source (StartupTalky). Silver is omitted this edition because aggregator quotes for the day were more than ₹10,000 per kg apart. Brent is the 25 September settlement as reported by AP.
