Grey market premium is an unofficial, unregulated and unverifiable indication of sentiment traded outside the exchanges. It is not a price, not a forecast, and carries no regulatory standing — it is published here for context only. GMP figures are taken in full from a single time-stamped tracker and are not blended across sources. A blank cell means the figure was not sourced for this edition, not that it is zero; NSE's official issue feed could not be reached this morning, and the widely used subscription aggregator was still serving a 21 September snapshot, so several day-two multiples are not shown. Axiom Gas Engineering closed on the session with allotment due 23 September and listing on the NSE SME platform on 25 September. Opening on 23 September and therefore not listed above: Adroit Industries (India), ArMee Infotech, Elevate Campuses and Swastika Infra on the mainboard, and Coreintegra Consulting Services, Liqvd Digital India, Pooja Logistics, S.K. Offset and Unitec Fibres on the SME platforms.

US index cards show the Wall Street session of the same calendar day, Tuesday 22 September 2026, which closed after Indian hours (AP wire); all three levels reconcile exactly against the previous session's closes carried in this series. Gold and silver are Indian retail reference rates and vary materially by city and by aggregator — the 24K and silver quotes are national reference rates and the 22K quote is for Delhi, all from a single source (StartupTalky) rather than blended. Brent is the 22 September settlement as reported by AP.

What we are watching next session

  • Whether the foreign selling extends. A net ₹3,810.00 crore cash-market outflow is the heaviest single session of the month, and domestic institutions have now absorbed four consecutive days of it.
  • IT disclosure. The Nifty IT index fell 0.86% on a day the Nasdaq closed at a record, and the divergence is being read as a currency and demand-visibility story rather than a global-tech one — IR desks at IT issuers should expect that question.
  • Three SME issues close on 23 September — Robokidz Eduventures, FX Multitech and Vivekanand Cotspin — with allotment and listing timetables following immediately.
  • Varmora Granito's mainboard book, which opened on 22 September at 0.11x on day one and runs to 24 September.
  • India's Index of Industrial Production on 28 September, followed by sector-wise bank credit and government capital expenditure on 30 September.
